All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The cutoff time for same-day processing is 2pm Central Time.
All orders are shipped in sustainable packaging materials.
US Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. I offer discounted shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Cost and delivery time will depend on the option you choose.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that UPS only delivers to valid street addresses and does not ship to P.O. boxes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active. You can check your order status at any time at - https://bluecobalt.love/tools/tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at blue@bluecobalt.love within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and I'll make it right promptly.
Missing Package Policy
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact me at blue@bluecobalt.love within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant details.
I'll open an investigation with the shipping carrier, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once resolved:
If the package is located, I'll arrange redelivery. If the package is confirmed lost, I'll offer a replacement, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit — whichever you prefer.
